- SerAcq considering a virtual "orientation" now for testers and then train-the-trainer event in November.
- AV16-D people will prepare cross modular search training and documentation.
- Celia will follow–up on InterWise sessions and suggests that we assess EL's training.
- We agreed to work on how we present our existing documentation from the AV16 page. We agreed that a "getting started" strategy with a list of documentation in order of "usefulness" for self learning purposes would be helpful. We proposed to organize the resources: web guide, then EL documentation, then HU documentation, then local practice documentation (SerAcq is updating its cheatsheet). Jean will work on it and send the group a draft. Our goal is to have documentation available by mid-November.
- Jean mentioned that we should let ITD know if there is any documentation we need
Show stoppers
- PPH problems
- Acq permissions (we had them in v.15)
- CCL searching
Next meeting is at Jean's on October 22, 9-12 am.
