General Info
There are 695 records in the CALI collection set and the cataloging source for the records is Washington College of Law (WCL). WCL may be producing more CALI records in the future and if so UM Law will probably buy those as well. So I guess that for now this would be a one-time batch load, but if a new loader is required it's possible it will be used again for a future CALI set. Here is a link to OCLC's info page about the CALI set.
No preprocessing of these bibs would be required. (However, UM Law will be asking OCLC to add 852/876 fields to the records, as needed, before delivery.)
This CALI collection set only recently became available, so there would be no overlap in the database (aside from one record that Bill exported as a sample for his public service staff--see ** below). Bill thinks the only other USMAI campus that might be interested in these records is UB Law.

No superholdings
Reports: Ongoing OCLC loader reporters will be sufficient. If the CALI bib records could be reported out separately that would be nice, but this isn't a priority for UM Law.
