• FR - Motion Pictures - film reels only
• FV - videos on VHS tape
• FM - videos and films - all forms
• MF - microforms
• MP - Maps (includes atlases)
• SC - Scores (musical)
• SD - Sound Recordings - CD only
• SE - Journals, Magazines, Newspapers
• SP - Sound Recordings - Phonorecord (incl. 33 1/3, 78, 45, 16, 8 rpm)
• SR - Sound Recordings - all forms
• ST - Sound Recordings - tape (incl. reel to reel, cassette, 8-track)
• SW - Sound Recordings - spoken word (incl. audio books, plays, etc.)
