Notes: UB and BL are working together on this project. Steven Thorpe is contact for UB and Bijal Shah is contact for BL. Heather Dixson is contact at UB/OTS. I sent an email to Steven and Bijal recently, they are still waiting to from OTS. Original implementation for Peoplesoft of Spring 2006 has been pushed back to August.

Notes: 2/07/06 - I had a conference call with IT and Library staff which went well and covered many topics. They are working toward producing a test file, no time frame was discussed regarding the delivery of the file. They understand the issues with SSN and did not seem to have a problem with any of it. They did have some concerns about foreign students. I advised that we cannot load without SSN. We are waiting for them to deliver a file. UPDATE July 12 - I received a voice mail and email, they are hoping to send a file in the next few weeks.

Center for Environmental Sciences (CES)

Notes: Kevin Robinson is the IT contact who will be working on this. Interested in automation. The first test file has been received and loaded in report mode in the test database. The loader report has been sent to FSU. There are SSN and barcode errors that will need to be resolved.

University of Baltimore (UB)

Notes:All outstanding issues with UC's load have been resolved to my understaning. They are now sending a combined file (faculty, staff and students.) Automation scheduled for summer/fall 2006
