TOPIC 1: Verde Implementation

Betty Day distributed a timeline showing progress on Verde to date and plans for the next six months. She also shared a diagram of the relationship among Verde instances in USMAI's implementation. USMAI is setting up 17 instances: one for each institution and a consortial instance (MDL) that will have data on consortially purchased subscriptions and MDL subscriptions. Instances will be brought up one by one, in stages. The ERM Task Group is working on best practices.

Discussion focused on the pros and cons of receiving version 2.0 as an early adopter.
