Watch for message from Day about scheduling the next meeting, probably the week of April 10th.

Tenney and Robertson will meet as a subgroup to write up a best practices document for assigning license attributes.

In discussing the paired licensing assignments, the group came up with the following best practices:

Best practice: In case of indicator attributes (Y/N), select "N" when it's explicitly not indicated OR is silent.

Best practice: for Perpetual and Archiving, when the license doesn't say anything:

For resources where we wouldn't expect or need perpetual access, use "N".
When there is a reason to act in the future to negotiate these rights or a possibility of perpetual or archiving rights, use "Undetermined".

Best practice: Use the general terms note.

Best practice: Use quotation marks when quoting the license and cite section when possible.

Each pair will submit to the reflector a reconciled version of attribute assignments for each license.

The group watched the webcast presentation on features of Verde 2.0.
