Topic 1: Review of revised model for consortial set-up

Ex Libris has recommended and we have reviewed and accepted a revised model for our Verde implementation. We will still have a central consortial instance (with 50 institutes within it) and 16 local instances but now the local instance will only contain data, etc for locally held resources. We will have the ability to search multiple instances/institutes.

Topic 2: Training on Verde 2.0

Participated in Web-based training from Ex Libris on version 2 especially the new workflow tools and the consortial functionalities.

Topic 3: Work plan and next steps

Reviewed and discussed revised workplan (see ERM webpage). ML and BC will be able to start working on their individual instances in another week but only their local SFX targets.

TG meets next Wednesday at UM Law from 9-12.
