Getting Started
Use this template for submitting campus priority lists during the annual cycles of revising the Development Plan or in between cycles to submit priority substitutions (see substitution procedures). You can copy the template section to a Word document, complete it and send it in to Tom, Betty, and Jean (managers@itd.umd.edu).
Review the current version of the Development Plan, listed on the CLD page.
The "Entry number" section repeats for each of the top five items on your priority list. For items beyond the five most important, please rank them as high, medium, or low priority.
What to include: anything from the old list that has not been completed (see the Things Completed/Resolved in FY2005). Add new items that have come up in the interim. If ITD has responded to a request referring an item to the priorities list, now is the time to get it included.
Order of entries: one is the highest priority, 2 is the next highest. The top five items should be in one numerical listing.
Try to be specific, for example, instead of saying "Database cleanup", list the actual cleanups your campus is interested in.
