February 2006 minutes were approved.
ILLiad presentation dry run - Stephen, Carol, Tanner, Robin and Jamie did a run through of their presentation for the International Users Group meeting. Task group members were impressed with the presentations and made suggestions for improvements. Tanner will deliver the final version of the powerpoint to OCLC without the notes.
ILLiad training review and next steps - ILLiad "buddies" were discussed. We may need to recruit additional buddies. Carol and Robin will pursue this question. The ILLiad timeline revisions were reviewed and approved.
Circulation subgroup meeting - application due date is 3/17. Stephen will send a reminder to COIall. Group should meet with RSTG either April 6th or May 12th. Possible agenda:
Name for consortial ILLiad Implementation - "ILLiad Express" recommended as consortial ILL service, Steve will inform Bev and then decide how to move this up to CLD.
Parked issues document - reviewed draft
- individual campus priority list" added for clarity (last item in draft)
- and in response to CLD input regarding previous parked list" added to third line in opening paragraph
- Title change "Update on Parked Issues
- Carol will make changes, Stephen will forward to Bev when ready to forward to CLD
COI/RSTG Web Pages - pages need to be reviewed and updated. Some particular issues were identified:
Next meeting: Laura Wrubel and others from UITG will be invited to talk about changes to FindIt menu, especially having to do with Request and ILL functions.
