Action items for today’s meeting

• Review annual report highlights and send edits to Bev by 7/31
• Bev will email Jamie with Action Items list
• Robin will contact Morgan re ILLiad training
• Robin will amend the purge document
• RSTG will ask the Circulation subcommittee draft a survey on patron privacy
• Carol will check with MSDE re delivery system investigation; Stephen will contact Celia
• Everly will be added to RSTG lists and given passwords as new Circulation subgroup chair.
• Everly will talk with Circulation subgroup members about:
  • Rotating off
  • Alumni and special borrowers
  • CLD comment on phase II purge
• Everly will inquire about unique identifiers at HS/HSL

Jamie’s action items – status report from Jamie

1. ILLiad next steps, specifically 7.2 upgrade (web pages) and future customizations.
2. Due date change parameter testing – testing needs to begin in early August to meet October implementation timeline.
3. Patron scrubbing test plan.
4. Status of work plan priorities.
5. Parking Lot topic- reduce fine amount or use a number of lost items to trigger blocks in Aleph. Is this possible?
6. Parking Lot topic – alumni and special borrowers – regard other USMAI members’ registered alumni and special borrowers as active patrons and circulate materials to them, allowing for limitations ascribed by the individual lending libraries. Is this possible?
7. Status of Circ/Res/ILL RX’s – we think all outstanding RX’s that came up during your absence have been resolved – please confirm for us.
8. OCLC Union listing – Carol is exploring cost and parameters to export this data to OCLC. Is this on the workplan; is it a realistic action item?
