2. Action item updates:
   1. ITD Liaison (Hongyan):
      1. LaTanya and Hongyan will continue to test printing dispatch
      2. Hongyan will check into bringing ILLIAD 7.3 up before December and report to RSTG no later than the end of summer about plans for 7.3
      3. Hongyan will report on closed days application in ALEPH
      4. If DOB is used for matching, Hongyan will check into whether it can be suppressed from view after matching – report on meeting with Hans
      5. Hongyan will check whether report of patron registrations and registration renewals can be requested by campus – report on meeting with Hans
      6. ITD enabling set up of USMAI groups in ILLiad for stats purposes – progress?
      7. Editing ILL templates for email notices for consortia/satellite campuses – what is possible?
      8. Confirmation of ITD’s policy to respond to RXs or other communications within 5 business days
   2. Circ Subgroup (Everly/LaTanya):
      1. LaTanya will send out compilation of responses on match point survey to RSTG and Circ Subgroup by Wednesday, 6/18/08
      2. Router has been updated and put on website
      3. Bursar report that LaTanya was going to request from Hans is no longer needed. OIT can extract information from patron loader
      4. LaTanya expressed concern about the lack of responses/involvement from Circ Subgroup members. A meeting is set for July 31st which Mark and/or Nancy will attend to encourage a discussion about the direction of the group. Posting more information to the RSTG wiki and having regularly scheduled meetings are suggestions members contributed as possible motivators for the group. [Since then, both Everly and LaTanya have resigned as co–chairs.]
   3. ILL Subgroup (Sharon):
      1. Update from Sharon
      2. Carol’s updated document on ILL Subgroups recommendations for Shady Grove will be sent to RSTG for review – time frame?
      3. Robin’s consortia survey for preferred delivery and notification methods – status?
      4. Site visit to Shady Grove
   4. Other
      1. Discussion about increasing participation from certain institutions within USMAI committees and work groups – will "virtual" membership help? Incentives? Are their specific people we should approach?
      2. Call for a new member for RSTG – discussion of progress in replacing Robin and LaTanya with a follow up notification to Celia
      3. Mark will report on his discussion with Celia about getting a copy of the memo about privacy that is being sent to directors
      4. Mark – verification that Hongyan will revise RSTG web page using Robin’s model, add RSTG as one of the selections on the USMAI Wiki page, and update RSTG meeting schedules, agenda and minutes on the USMAI web page.
