You can search in the Serials Bar by BIB system number, ADM system number,

Key in the search terms in the Serials Bar
If you retrieve more than one search result, you will get a dialog box that indicates that
multiple entries have been found and asks if you wish to view them. Respond yes to that box.
This will bring up a split screen in the Search/Show. The upper portion will contain the Brief Record List,
the lower portion will contain the Full Display of the highlighted record.
Highlight the record you wish to see in the upper pane. Check the bottom of the record in the lower pane
to verify that this is your record. You may have to scroll down to find your holdings information or you can
click on Overview to look for your HOL& click Functional to return to Search/Show.
Once you have located the correct record, and it is highlighted, click the Serials button on the right
side of the lower pane or click the lower pane & use Alt–S. This will take you to the Check-in screen.
The Check–in screen has a split screen. The upper pane contains the issues to be checked-in.
There are two tabs ALL and EXPECTED/ NOT ARRIVED. The ALL tab is the default. It will display all of the issues
with all statuses associated with that title.
The EXPECTED/NOT ARRIVED tab displays only those issues that have not yet arrived. This tab will display
claimed issues.
Note the buttons to the right in the upper pane. These are very similar to 15.2.
To check–in an issue, highlight the issue to be checked-in and click the ARRIVE button to the right in the upper pane.
The Check–in Note will be in the lower pane on the top bar of this pane, under Tab#2 Arrival Form. It will not
be highlighted, so you must look for it.
There is no way to totally close the title. To go to the next title, go back to the Serials Bar and enter a new title.
Be aware of what title you are working with. It will be listed on the Serials Bar.
