Managing and Modifying Serials Items
Items represent a discrete part of a journal subscription–either an individual issue or a bound volume.

Items are usually produced by prediction patterns, but can be created or duplicated if needed.
Tab 2.

Barcode, Sublibrary, Collection, Material Type, Item Status, Item Processing Status, Enumeration Levels, and Description are all generated by pattern or can be added manually.

This is the tab where any notes are entered.
Tab 4.

This information is also generated by the pattern or entered manually.
NOTE: The expected arrival date can be manipulated to help control the automated claiming process.
Tab 5.

Enumeration and chronology information is generated by the pattern or entered manually. These values control how the items display in a list.
Changes are saved by hitting the "Update" button on the right side of the lower pane.
