Checklist For Serial Title Cessations/Cancellations
When a journal subscription ceases or is canceled, take the following steps to ensure that all records, etc. reflect the cessation/cancellation. As you complete each step, write the date and your initials to the left of that step in the appropriate column. Use this checklist in conjunction with the Serial Title Cessation/Cancellation in Aleph procedure.

Update SERHOLD, PIML, & Ovid; Update Print Journal Use and Serials Solutions spreadsheets (Cat: Name)

Update records for any online equivalent if need be. (ColDev: Name) |

|
Bind final print issues; remove label from Current Periodicals shelf and/or notify location (e.g. Ref) about cessation/cancellation. (ColDev: Name)

Suppress (from OPAC) arrived items in Aleph Items module that aren’t already suppressed. (ColDev: Name) |
