ITD Service Requests Page

This page is designed for USMAI staff who have problems, questions or requests about services provided by ITD.

Emergencies

If you have an emergency with one of the services provided to USMAI members by ITD, please call the ITD Help Desk at 301/405-9188. During ITD's office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00) the Help Desk staff will record your information and refer it to the appropriate staff. Outside of these hours, on the weekends and holidays, this number is answered by a professional answering service. They have been instructed to contact the ITD Manager on-call for every call they receive.
