ALEPH Version Upgrade

Description: Version 19 of ALEPH 500 was released in January 2008. The features in version 19 will be reviewed by the ILS Team and a document summarizing the functionality will be drafted for review with the Campus Contacts and the Task Groups. A proposal for implementation of these versions will be vetted with the Campus Contacts in fall of 2008.

Milestones (revised June 2009):

July - August: Configuration and ITD testing of ALEPH 19 and 20.
August - September 2009: ILS Team will develop a testing and implementation schedule.
October 2009: Vet schedule with the Campus Contacts in the fall of 2009. Set up implementation group.
November 2009: Fixes and new features are shared with the Task Groups at scheduled meetings.
December 2009: Final proposal presented to CLD for approval.
