Bursar Extract Status

Status:

• CP - in production, automated transfer nightly *see below
• SM - in production, not automated, reports and notices created. Transfer to Bursar done manually
• BC - in production, not automated, reports and notices created. Transfer to Bursar done manually.
• TU - in development
• SU . FY07 priorities asked for "Extension of Bursar extracts in next 1-2 years.
• UB . FY07 priorities, requested Peoplesoft link
• BL . FY07 priorities, requested Peoplesoft link (do with UB)
• FS . began working on cleaning up old transactions. This work is not completed yet. FS will inform ITD when they are ready to begin planning process
• MS - requested bursar link in FY07? priorities, also want automated load back of paid fines from bursar. Update on status from MS on the project is needed.
• CP - still to do: need to change SSN to UID for CP patrons, split file into UIDs? and SSNs? (for those without UIDs?). Need to send encrypted
