CJK Record Fix to Standard Format
Description: Change our current programs back to standard treatment of nonroman character Marc tags. Currently we renumber the tags upon load. With Version 16 there are routines available to handle the standard nonroman tags and subfields. Most of the tags in Aleph are for the CP Chinese Japanese and Korean records. Steps involved are testing the standard ExLibris expand routine, testing Pac screens, changing the loader, and retagging the existing fields back to the standard tags. These records have not been extracted for authority control, they should be after this project. See Rx 2217 for more information.
