MetaLib 4.0 Upgrade
Description: Implement MetaLib 4.0. Improve design and usability and take advantage of new features, such as
clustering and faceted browsing, and new SFX-based e-journals list. Test and evaluate new features. Work closely with UITG and ECTG.
