CLD:

Review specifications develop by RSTG for 2nd phase of purge

ITD:

Perform first phase of purge. COMPLETED
Meet with Circ subgroup to discuss 2nd phase specification. COMPLETED
report out counts to RSTG on snd phase purge specifications
Perform second phase of purge.
Implement overnight processes to scrub patron ids from historical transactions
Implement annual patron purge schedule

RSTG:

Draft specifications for second phase of purge and ongoing purges.
Draft specifications for ongoing scrubbing of transactions
Submit 2nd phase specificaiton to CLD
